North Wood Homes & Renovations Ltd. was founded in July of 2016 by Jared Fleming. Jared serves as the company’s President & CEO, his dedication to quality and innovation in the building industry has branded North Wood Homes as a premier builder in the Timiskaming area.
In September of 2018, Sargeant Custom Carpentry became an equal partner in North Wood Homes, making Dan Sargeant Vice President of North Wood Homes. The addition of Dan has made North Wood Homes capable of expanding at a significant rate

Operation Time
We are open on Monday – Friday – 10am to 5pm, except on holidays.
The beauty of Design-Build is it’s simplicity. The entire project, including bringing together and managing all trades, subs, and consultants, becomes North Wood Home’s responsibility, putting our reputation and relationships to work for you!
