North Wood Homes & Renovations Ltd. was founded in July of 2016 by Jared Fleming. Jared serves as the company’s President & CEO, his dedication to quality and innovation in the building industry has branded North Wood Homes as a premier builder in the Timiskaming area.
In September of 2018, Sargeant Custom Carpentry became an equal partner in North Wood Homes, making Dan Sargeant Vice President of North Wood Homes. The addition of Dan has made North Wood Homes capable of expanding at a significant rate

Are you a contractor, or maybe taking on your own renovation? Our Supply Only service may be best for you! Gain full access to all of the highest quality products we offer while saving yourself consultation fees as well as installation fees. North Wood Homes offers delivery of all products we sell to the Timiskaming and surrounding area. All materials carry manufacturers’ full warranty providing products are installed as per the manufacturers’ recommendations.
